Title: Mayor of College Park, Georgia

Jack Longino enjoys his 6th consecutive term as Mayor of College Park, Georgia, a city with just over 15,000 residents and home to the busiest airport in the world, the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. He is the proud grandson of the late George F. Longino, who also served as Mayor from 1914-1918. Prior to being elected as Mayor of College Park, Longino served one term as a councilmember from 1992-1996. Mayor Longino has devoted his very being into making certain College Park, Georgia, is polished in partnerships, growth, and business development.

Under his leadership, College Park’s accomplishments are very notable. College Park is home to the recently expanded Gateway Center consists of four upscale Marriott hotels and the Georgia International Convention Center, second largest facility in the state of Georgia. Also during his tenure will be the completions of the Arena @ Gateway Center. It will be used for The Hawks G-League training and practice, concerts, competitions, and a host of other events.

The City of College Park has partnered with BMW and constructed a technical operations training center. Closing out 2018, Mayor Longino spearheaded the College Park Mayoral Scholarship fund that will allow for students whom do not qualify for the Hope Scholarship to receive assistance to further their education. Mayor Longino is very proud of the expansion, development, and partnerships that are being created here is this great city. His goal is to represent College Park as a diverse community leader with deep roots to commercial/financial developers who want to invest in the city.
