Dr. Butler is the CEO of the newly formed Soul Community Federal Credit Union in Austell, Georgia, and National Service Credit Union in Warner Robins, Georgia—both institutions designed to foster economic empowerment and financial stability for underserved communities. His leadership in financial services is deeply rooted in his mission to bridge economic gaps and create opportunities for wealth-building among historically marginalized groups.
A two-time Democratic nominee for Georgia’s 8th Congressional District, Dr. Butler has been a fierce advocate for policies that uplift working families, expand economic opportunities, and protect civil rights.
