Keven Gayle

CEO of the Year Award

Title: Managing Partner
Company: Arc Advisory Co.

Before Keven Gayle became a co-founder of ARC Advisory Co., he founded G-2 Advisory in 2017; a financial organization he established and then grew to a million in revenue in just over a year. Having garnered almost 15 years of specialized experience, Gayle is recognized in the financial industry for his proficient client focus and integrated marketing background.

Prior to his time spent building G-2, Gayle was the number two partner in the country with New York Life, where he managed a team of over 35 financial advisors. He also managed assets and client acquisitions with New York Life Security and gained notoriety by receiving the Executive Council Status for his last 3 years with the organization.

Gayle accelerated his career after his forward-thinking marketing strategies for a small, family-owned trucking company significantly increased profit margins in the onset of his career. In his subsequent capacity as a sales manager at Sagoma, a transportation logistics company, Gayle again drastically improved the company’s profitability by leveraging relationships with key clients including Del Monte, Hines, and smaller national and international shippers. Whereas, Sagoma’s business focus was based upon last minute opportunities inherent to the brokerage business, he created a foundation of steady business with higher margins.

Gayle has parlayed his marketing experience into over 3 years of program management experience. As a result of his leadership style and history of success in generating revenues, he was appointed President a private transportation company; Pearl L. Stephenson, Inc.

He also ran a Canadian government-related career resource initiative that addressed unemployment in faith-based communities. In this role, he coordinated workshops, training and resume development.
