Daphne Hayes, Writer, Director, Producer, Set Decorator, Production Designer and Art Director. She is the owner of Reel Girl Films and operates a full service production studio in Conyers, Georgia. Daphne successfully takes storytelling to another level. She is passionate and loves watching a project evolve from conception to delivery. She believes that everyone has a unique story worth journalizing, if not for the world for their family. Ones story can live for generations. Journals story should live forever and be shared.
Daphne is currently producing several projects to include After the Rubble, Firemen’s Showdown, World Cuisine, and Storm the Dorm. She is also helping independent filmmakers conquer their quest. She is currently building the only competition kitchen set in Georgia, which will be available to the public.
Daphne is the Director of My Mother’s Keeper, a nonprofit which trains disenfranchised individuals the art of filmmaking. She loves binging on Netflix, gardening and spending quality time with her grandchildren. Daphne is from Newark, New Jersey and resides in Atlanta with her husband, James Hayes.
